about us
Since 1938, our family has been tending citrus orchards along the banks of the Murray River, crafting exceptional produce that reflects generations of care, knowledge and love for the land.
Over the years, we’ve collected and perfected a range of recipes that bottle, pickle and preserve the harvest, and we’ve been sharing them with you at farmers’ markets across Victoria. But why wait for a market when you can find your favourites right here?
What began with citrus has grown into something truly special - small-batch, artisan preserves and condiments, all made by hand using produce grown on our farms or sourced locally from trusted growers and fellow farmers’ market makers.
We create traditional marmalades, specialty jams, sweet and savoury pickles, infused balsamic vinegars, citrus curds, saltshakers and more. Each product is inspired by the seasons and crafted to bring bold, honest flavour to your table.
Every jar reflects our commitment to quality ingredients, time-honoured methods and small-batch craft. By preparing everything in limited batches, we can focus on flavour, texture and the distinct character of each ingredient. Our preserves, jams, condiments and vinegars are made without unnecessary additives, waxes or sprays - just real, vibrant produce and careful hands.
You can explore our full range of artisan preserves, handmade jams, gourmet condiments and pickles right here on our website - available for delivery Australia wide.
To stay updated on new seasonal releases, special small-batch runs and the markets we’ll be attending next, follow us on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re cooking, stirring and bottling throughout the year.
Warmly,
Lynton and Aimee
